Getting Inbound Links from Related Sites

Maybe this has already been posted here – sorry if I’m duping someone.

I came across www.ipagerank.com while looking for sites to link to/get links from.

I won’t go into great detail; the site itself does a pretty decent job of that. Its purpose is to help website owners give and get (not even reciprocal necessarily) links from sites with related content. I just started messing around there a couple of days ago and have been pretty happy with what I’ve seen so far.

The concept seems interesting, is this new or what though because they have a PR of 0.

It's new. I think they are going through their first update at the moment.
