Revamp Website please comment!!

it loads very slow

like the site ... however , i dont feel that you need that banner on the top or the flash . You could rather use some text , for seo purpose .
The banner probably is to make the visitors understand at a glance what the site is about , but i find it is not worth the download time it is taking .
Also , i dont like sites myself which has huge youtube or similar videos on the frontpage . As it is , eat makes the page load eternally slow .
The random quotes is a cute addon as it is , but it would serve better purpose somerwhere lower , and bring the Recent movies Review or Featured Article higher up .
Prefereably the Featured Article on the Middle block ... if you are gonna feature it , feature it , dont hide it .

I think it's a very lively, colorful website. Very much along the lines of your niche (entertainment). I do agree with the other members that it is kind of slow when loading. You could try decreasing image quality, size, or maybe even less content to make it more efficient.
In the end I think that you'll come up with something to wrap this up.
