Looks really good, but the test on the right is kinda hard to see clear enough. it blends into the Background to much,

looks nice but I think the fonts should be bit dark (the logo font color is perfectly alright)

2nd thing, you can anmimate things bit faster because people do not wait much to see the text..

Looks great, nice clean design... but I have to agree with the above posts.

If you made those changes, I think your ad would get much more attention. Some of your advertisers might have cluttered pages, so your ad has to compete with a lot.

With those changes, I think your that your banner will get the attention it deserves. So many web surfers rarely ever look at a banner for more than a few seconds, so it's important to get the message across fast and clear.

Only cons of this banner. The color of the text on the right side. Make it more darker or perhaps use the same color style as the textlinkbid color. It would make the banner more attractive and more easy on eyes.

"Webmaster Auctions" is too faint to read. Maybe a darker background shadow or a bright color instead of white?

I would leave the Webmaster Auctions white and experiment with either a faded ouline to the text or a all round faded shadow to the text.

This will make it stand out more.

When you get it looking right then apply same changes to your animated text.

I think the background is too dark. It will be hard to make almost any color pop against it. You could actually make it darker and inverse your text or vice versa, but that medium tone tends to swallow everything on top of it.
