.INFOs on GoDaddy go up!

.INFO domains on GoDaddy.com have went up to $1.99 (from just $0.99) today.

With the iCANN fees, a .INFO is $2.21.

Not too bad, .INFOs were real convenient for people who generate a lot of sites (like a proxy network) but $2 is still a great deal!

even now many webhosts are providing .info domain for free with there low cost plans even on monthly pay basis

now they will have to stop there service

but the thing is realy bad that they have increase the cost

I still believe that there is value in the .info extension. Even at the $2 price it is a good way for people especially bloggers using the free services to finally invest in having their own domain name.
