How can I find the results of keywords in Google and other search engines?

No LOL, I want to be able to see how many times a certain keyword was searched.

Oh... I thought you were seriously wondering how to search for a keyword.

From what I know, I don't think Google will give specific numbers out, but they do chart it for you. Go to:

http://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

They will give you a graph of keyword popularity.

Thats the best I know of....
