hi there
when i agreed with the buyer for a domain name which i sell with a price, what is the next step after that to do? how can i give him my domain with guarantee my money??

escrow is a service, or involve a 3rd person a broker who will charge fees :)

never used it, maybe catch a domain broker :)

Get the money first.
escrow is good, but it really is a waste of time for $100.
You should be able to set terms with the buyer.
Send him a Pay Pal invoice, stating the domain and the price...he pays...you transfer.
The money gets transfered first, before the domain gets transfered.

since, what if i wanna sell my domain with 5$ for example??it will take minimum fees - i think - 25$ !!

Yeah...I don't understand sales like that , $5, $10...I really don't see the point, but it is done all the time.
I don't see where the big risk is either way. Seems more hassle than it's worth.

It's all about trust mate. I've never been scammed with domains(until now that is :p)
Just do a whois check to see if they really own the domain - that should be enough...

nyone can prove that he/she owns particular domain, its easy to fool whois
