How do I know if the site I am linking to is bad neighborhood?
And if I link to a bad neighborhood my site wont rank for any kws I am targeting ?

Bad neighborhoods are sometimes clearly visible (500 outbounds per page, grey PR etc) but it is best to do an index search. If yahoo doesn't have any pages or few indexed, it may be banned.
