promote it in the anouncement forums here @ DP, put it in your sig and post a lot, go along to high traffic directories, like my bidding directory (http://www.zorg-links.com) and bid for the top links, go to sites like www.alivedirectory.com and buy a daily listing.

Important thing for submissions is make directory look atleast decent enough so users do not think its their waste of time and you will disappear in few months.
