Hello,

I submit every day to free web directories and i know how is to waste time submitting to a dead directory. Because of this i decided to manage my list of web directories to take review time in to account. And this is how my new site was born :

Ofcourse that, at any given time, the list is not 100% accurate about who is free and who's not dead, but, at least, i improved my approval rate because of it.

As you can see there is no adsense or sponsored stuff running on the site, thats because having a good list (due to directory webmasters input) will benefit me more greatly than a couple of bucks per week from adsense :)

So, if you want to tell me that your directory review links at some regular intervals i will be happy to update the list.

Also, if you want your directory added to the list please let me know.

The site has also a Press Release section, working as a article directory, where directory webmasters can post stuff about their directory.

I still have to finish the automated retrieval of PR and Alexa ranks , probably in the weekend.

www.thefreewebsitedirectory.co.uk - I say 8 for free links but that is just a guideline.. Usually links are approved within 1 week at the most. :)

Please let me know when your review time drops, i added your directory and its top of the list.

Because very fast review times can lead to some abuse please read the rule about checking directories with extremly fast declared review times.

I added PR and Alexa automatic retrieval, also the list was improved and now it's more accurate, having around 600 directories (to bad that some 15% are directories that still run but looks abandoned).

If your directory is not on the list please let me know.

Also i would like to remind that you can submit articles in exchange for content backlinks.
