I'm interested in exchanging some of my PHP skills in exchange for web design work. I don't need cut up, sliced up, html formatted design done either, just the final PSD of the layouts :) and I only need the main basic layout (no sub pages or anything).
I have several different sites in mind but I'm not looking for sloppy work, I can already do a decent job myself so I want something that looks good!
In return I can help setup databases, mysql work, customizing a php script, adding features to a php script, etc.
