I try your site but sometime work very hard, i can not obtain the thumbnail for my website.

Seems to work for me. Remember not to put a slash at the end of the url.

Thanks for that :). About the speed, we do cache so the more times people use it the faster it will get. Speed is a main issue and we will try to speed it up as much as we can, once again thanks for the comments!

Regarding the speed, beta 2 can be used now which is MUCH faster, infact upto 200% faster.

It would be nice if it was easier to use - maybe even right from the home page.

I would think about making a form to submit with fields for URL, width, and height. Would be more intuitive to use that way.
