Understanding the program

A new user question, if I may:
Why does N/A appear for some keywords but not others, even though the URL is the same?
For example, the results for http://www.duncanpollock.com show as follows:
homes for sale niagara peninsula: 1
homes for sale niagara falls: 14
homes for sale niagara-on-the-lake: 9
homes for sale niagara: N/A
I know the FAQs suggest that Google could be looking for .....com/ or .....com/index.html instead of the straightforward .....com However, I don't think this means I need to punch in these URL variations identified by the N/A, does it?

You sure about that? I tested that URL/keyword combo on my account, and it's able to find it (at position #14).

Well, now I've just run a Check All, "homes for sale niagara" does shows up as 13, although I swear unto you it didn't last night!
Moreover, while there are numbers against six of my "real estate (location)" keywords, the mysterious N/A continues to show against:
real estate fort erie: N/A
real estate niagara: N/A
real estate st.catharines: N/A
I've set preferences for the maximum of 200 and I'd be somewhat astonished if my site ( http://www.duncanpollock.dom ) is somewhere deeper down in Google than that, because the six AOK (real estate-location) keywords show as 8, 13, 24, 30, 37, and (gulp) 98.
It's no big deal I suppose, but I guess I'm still curious.

Well, if you want me to check one of them... tell me the URL and phrase entered into the KW tracker, and what you are seeing it ranked as within Google when you look manually...

N/A just means its not in the top 200 (for you).

I also find though that actual Google searches differ from the results in DP.

They shouldn't differ... Do you have a specific example?

Do'h, can't find one at the moment. I had just assumed it was because I was getting results from a different data centre than your server - it was during some Google changes... Just assumed Google hadn't got the same updates to all the servers yet.

Will let you know though if I do find it happening again.

I'll admit to not having checked with any Google ranking tool itself. I know there is one, but I don't seem to have put it into my Bookmarks.
However, let me list the N/As in today's Check All results, which are as follows.

It's no big deal, I guess, because I do list well enough with Google in enough of my other "keyword phrase/location" checks, but I am curious.
Perhaps Mr.T is right and I'm below the 200 mark, although I mainly get a "score" of 20 or better.
