Hi *,
I live in a European country, where PayPal does not offer full services (that is I cannot receive payments)
Is there a good alternative?
Thanks,
Vlasta

You might want to checkout http://www.2checkout.com/ or http://www.ikobo.com/
Are you looking for online payments or just a general way to receive money?
Thanks,
Gary

Although 2checkout.com is not a direct paypal alternative it's the best option I know. A small setup fee is needed but that's about it. Working from Europe is not a problem for them.

Ikobo is a payment merchant gateway offering by US company. Their official website : www.ikobo.com
I use their services since 2004 and i am a happy customer.
1) Register an account.
2) You will be able to receive a free visa electron when you receive your first incoming transaction. You can use this card to withdrawn cash via local ATM
3) You can use this card for online purchase
Regarding the updated transaction fee, please refer to their official website.
Hope this help.

I have a blog and I live in mauritius where paypal is not available. I want to request donations on my blog. How can i intergrate ikobo or other alternatives like e-gold and moneybookers to my blog like steve pavlina does with paypal on his blog?
Btw can you tell me which alternatives are available for mauritius? I have just signed in with ikobo but i dont know how to configure it to receive donations. And moneybooker does not have mauritius listed.
