I got this news from Problogger (http://www.problogger.net/) and blogged on it .. hope you don't mind Darren. :)
Chitika have been working on a nice, new eSupport (http://www.chitika.com/support/index.php) area that has news, FAQs and a few downloads. You can subscribe to receive news via email etc.
It's just another sign that they are going about things the 'right' way. :)
