google just indexed my home page. how can i make the google spider visits all my web pages? do i have to submit all my pages?

No need to submit all pages. Patience is all that is needed.

So long as you don't have session id's in the urls, google should eventually spider/index more of the site.

This is where PR still matters though... the more PR flowing into/through your site, the faster google will eat it all up and deeper google will crawl ... at least that has been my experience.

If you have a really large site, then you should also get inbound links deep into the site, I have found this also speeds up how fast the full site gets indexed.

I've never submited a page or site to google ... not sure what, if any, affectr it would have.
