I want to start an adwords campaign for certain products on ebay, but the links dont really exist in the ebay section, so the question is, can I pick one and just use the link code from it as a destination for the adwords ad? I realise going to specific products might be another matter altogether though, so dont worry about this for the moment.

Ah not to worry seen it now - if anyone else wants to know, just click on ebay.co.uk, go to flexible destination tool, and then again, and you get your options :)

I'm pretty sure your AdWords ad will need to point to your landing page though.. and not directly to the auction. I believe this policy changed on June 1st.
I apologize.. if you already knew that, or correct me if I'm wrong.

Here we go:
Q: Can I link to a specific eBay.co.uk listing or search results page?
A: You can link to any eBay.co.uk page or URL using our Flexible Destination Tool. Learn more about the Flexible Destination Tool and how to implement it.

Hello
You can use Flex tool for linking to eBay auctions. This issue is to link from Google AdWords directly to the eBay auction. Meaning, you don't have your own web page in between the two.
Google Adwords -> Your Web Page -> Flex Tool -> eBay = Ok
Google Adwords -> Flex Tool -> eBay = Not Ok
This is an email I received from eBay explaining this:
New Paid Search Terms and Conditions
Beginning June 1, 2007, the eBay US Affiliate Program will no longer allow paid search traffic from Google.com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com, nor from any of their content networks, such as Google AdSense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, and MSN ContentAds to be linked directly to the eBay.com, eBay Express, or eBay Store domains.
As it states.. this applies to US Affiliate Program.. and you might be off the hook since you're in the UK.
