Can ve change domain name?

Hi all
well one year ago my friend wanted to know a website about earthquake effecties.
he made one
while choosing domain name, he goes wrong and put www.hopeforlife99.com
it doesnt look good.
i wana ask can ve change domain?
or redirect?
or i place my contents, and redirect any other domain to it

You would have to buy a new domain - create the site all over and just re-direct your old domain from with-in your cpanel to the new domain

Re-directing your old domain to your new one is also a good idea. When you do so, create a splash page that says, we have moved to ____ for your old domain, so people will refer to your new url when they want to visit your site.

if that domain was not used then just go buy the new desired domain
if the domain has been used and gets decent traffic then prolly redirecting is what I'll do
