Sp360...
Keep in mind, that a high payout is not the end all be all. Someone can pay you $100.00 per lead, but if they have a major scrub and or do not have the right lenders in place ...it will not matter because you will see a low level of conversion.
Do some testing on the offers to gage the conversions...
Even if a program is paying $20.00 per lead, yet they convert 2-3x better than the competitor that is paying out $30.00, the program paying you out the lower rate will make you more money in the end.

i have a couple of mortgage lead "traps",websites, so i did some looking around ,the guy who sold me the site told me you will always get more than the lead brokers websites(leadpile) or affiliates,by selling direct to the mortgage brokers or the bank.(just like links)A california mortgage lead is worth $40+.but leadpile won't pay you extra!.I did find one company that bought comercial leads for up to the $1000/s which makes sense ...what is the profit on a 10mil mortgage?.Think you better have the lead in the right format and know what you got or they will blow you off, plus they go down in value by the hour so you have the problem you need to sell the lead quick, like the same day.
