Adwords Algorithm changed recently?

Is there some sort of Adwords Algo change today (or yesterday)? My ad position all over the place for many keywords...?

My position is been very steady for the last 2 years. Today some of my top keywords dropped 3-4 positions? I notice some of my top competitors that are usually in the top 3 also dropped along with me.

Are you physically looking at your position in the results, or looking at the average position in the stats?

If you're looking it up yourself, make sure you use the Adpreview tool from Google - they've been fiddling around with Google, and if you keep searching for the same terms, it changes the results that you see...
