All pages or only one??

All you need to do is submit your main url to a search engine; nothing else. If you have it in your sig on this forum; it will get picked up too.

I personally feel that submitting your URL to G using the addurl page is useless. A better option is concentrate on link building. It will get picked up by GBot and if all is well then it will be added to the index.

You should submit your home page only. Submitting more than one page (or your entire site) might not be good for your site and is completely useless.

i think submitting your pages to any of the main SE's isn't neccasary nowadays.
