you could see your payment history. Maybe April earning is less than $100 or something. Can you get paid without w-8 or w-9 form?

you need to fill out the w8 form even if u don't live in the US. It's a foreign form for non us citizens since azoogle has to account for whom the payments are going to. Sounds like the first payment slipped through and now you need to complete the W8 form to get the other $$... Just talk w/ your AM and google w-8 form and send it out.
