Hello.
I was affiliate on website twominuteprofits.com
Now, PayPal sent me this e-mail:

Dear xxxxx xxxxx,

We appreciate the fact that you chose PayPal to send and receive payments
for your transactions.

However, your account has been limited for violating PayPal's Acceptable
Use Policy regarding MLM, Pyramid and Matrix Programs. The Policy
prohibits the use of PayPal to send or receive payments for any form of
multi-level marketing programs (including online payment randomizers), as
well as matrix, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or
other similar ventures. The complete Acceptable Use Policy addressing MLM,
Pyramid and Matrix Programs can be found at the following URL:

http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/xxxxx

To appeal the limitation on your account, you will need to:

1. Remove PayPal as a payment option, as well as all references to PayPal,
including the PayPal logo and/or shopping cart, from your website:
twominuteprofits.com

2. Refund all future violating payments associated with this "two minute
profit" program

3. Submit the online affidavit

This is not intended to be an all-inclusive review or list of your Internet
sites in violation. Furthermore, the violations of the Policy described
above are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. It is the
responsibility of the user to ensure that all transactions comply with the
Acceptable Use Policy.

For more information about the status of your account and for instructions
on how to restore full use of your account, please login to your PayPal
account. We encourage you to log in and restore full access as soon as
possible. Should access to your account remain limited for an extended
period of time, it may result in permanent limitation.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. If you have any
questions, please contact the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department at
euaup@paypal.com.

Sincerely,
PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department
PayPal, an eBay Company

So my question is, why did they sent me this e-mail? I'm not owner of this website, I just was affiliate and sold few copies!

Now I have to:
Remove all items from your website that violate PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy

What should I do?

They got limited and all those who earned with them. Get somekind of mail certification from twominuteprofits.com stating that you no longer associate with them. That will be the requirement for Paypal that you have removed all the links from twominuteprofits.com. Follow other instructions too.
Keep updating thread.....
GoodLuck

Well, the only link where I was affiliate was link in signature in 2 forums. Anyway, that was affiliate link.

Get somekind of mail certification from twominuteprofits.com stating that you no longer associate with them

But I don't have any affiliate account there... There, I only had to put my paypal address so it looks like twominuteprofits.com/?id=mypaypal and when somebody buy it thrue this link I get 100% affiliate commision.

What should I do?

See , you are associated with them because you get payment whenever someone uses ur link isnt it ? Now you need to certify that you no longer will do business when them and you are out of the chain.

I just had it in signatures. Already removed.

So I have to write in resolve center, that problem is resolved and I'm not owned of this site, and I'm not longer in affiliate program with them?

There is requiment "website name" in resolve center. Should i put this twominuteprofits?

Paypal are my sworn enemies. Why don't they realise that they annoy everyone? We are their customers, so why don't they play fair?

Paypal is the 1000 lb Gorilla that is just there for the taking. I thought that Google Checkout was going to go afterthem. However it appears google just wants to process credit cards and earn that money.

I'd love to see paypal get taken down - they have no respect for the law or for justice, and act illegally in the name of 'community protection'

People use them because of their wide availability and that's all - they're not even cheap.
