Disposable/Temporary Email script

Hey, i've stumbled accross a few "Disposable Email" sites;
10minutemail.com
and kuffo.com/binbox

They're both different in their own little ways but follow the same base rules - easy email address creation (no registration, no logging in etc).

I'm just wondering if anyone could help me find a tutorial related. I've looked for tutorials for ordinary webmail scripts but have found nothing directly helpfull. Is there a chance any of you guys have came accross such a tutorial - I don't want to get a freelancer or buy a template!
