Wordpress template like Marketing Pilgrim

I'm looking for a template like www.marketingpilgrim.com or any of the www.weblogsinc.com sites. If you've seen it anywhere, at least a start of it, please let me know. I'd like find someone who has the theme already so I can just add it to my wordpress blog right now.

The Weblogs one is interesting. I was thinking along the same lines for my blog. Hope someone can step forward with some resource for something similar. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. It is a good job, especially with Wordpress.
