Problems in joining Commission Junction

Hi, I'm new to the buissness world, but I'm trying to join Commission Junction.

So I signed up and stuff then then they send me this registration mail "Welcome to Commission Junction!"

But then I need to fill out this form they send in pdf form.
So I need to print this thing then fax or mail it right?

Well I live all the way in the caribbean and mailing won't be so easy I think, and I never used a fax before. Is there an easier way to register over the net? or must I use those given procedures.

Can I work for them all the way in Trinidad or do you need to be US or of a certain country?

They should have a facility to send the form by email or online.

i think you just need to email them requesting where to send the form via email, i did that.
