Money Transfers To Adwords

Does any body knows how do these transfer act?
Can you transfer the money from your card to Adwords like to an account? When you pay to adwords do they take every time (for example) $1?
The bank offered me two kinds of debit cards:
MasterCard(pay $200 and get them back when you destroy it.transactions cost 0.5% of the sum)
Visa Electron(pay $50.transaction is=$2+1%of what you tranfered .POS terminal tranfers are free).
The POS Terminals are like small machines which can be seen in restaurants or in the banks, right?
Which one shall I use?

You are getting confused here

1. You pay for adwords using your credit/debit card. Mastercard is a credit card [as is Visa] Visa Electron is a debit card [direct from your bank account] - Frankly, in my humble opinion, if you do not know what these are you should not be using them or you should be very careful.
2. if you are talking about adsense then google will pay you by cheque
3. You do not need POS terminals

A way to be on the safe side you could make one of those visa debit gift cards where you put money on it like it's a toys r us gift card and can spend it on places / online wherever visa is accepted their pretty cool .
