vBulletin is not my entire site, but I do run a vBulletin forum on my site.

While downloading the files tonight, I am noticing thousands of pages being brought up, but many of them just dont seem like they should be included once I am ready to submit it to google.

Which url's should you leave out as a rule? I am totally new to this sitemap thing and dont want Google not liking me due to having too many pages in the sitemap.

I am using sitemapbuilder.net

@SportsOutlaw:

With vBulletin you can run into duplicate content issues. If you want to minimize the # of pages in your Google Site Map submission, (as a really simple strategy) you might just want to focus on showthread.php and forumdisplay.php and leave the rest out.

FYI There is a hack at vBulletin.org for the GSM. Just search for "Google Site Map" when you get there.

However, it is not yet fully compatible with vBSEO yet.
