Famous Tags for Blog

Will anyone plz tell me how to show most famous tags in my blog footer or sidebar, view below picture.

That's called a tag cloud, and the best plug-in to create the tags and cloud is probably Ultimate Tag Warrior (http://www.neato.co.nz/ultimate-tag-warrior/).

Thanks guys about replying and telling me but dear i already know its tag cloud but i didnt now how to show combination of tags like this one ? as i know ultimate tag warrior show tags with every post and we add tags in every posts manually...
I need a plugin that automatically add tags in every post and also show combination of tags like upper picture.

what good does the tag cloud plugin do? its not relevant tags, its just the popular ones.
