Does anyone know how to customize the main menu buttons?

Does anyone know how I can make my main menu buttons, across my header, rounded on the corners?
I have been looking around and of course there is some code available, but i was wondering if there is something easier that someone is using, or at least tell me which file, and where I need t make the adjustment.

hm...if the menu buttons are all the same size you could just use CSS background and hover...but I'm assuming they arent, right?

Yes they are the same size

Any tips or tricks out there? My buttons are looking link of "under cooked" I need some style. I'll even take flash.
