Blogger code and XHTML compatibility

I have various blogs on blogspot. However, the HTML/XHTML code generated (by Blogger) for my site fails for conformance to W3C Recommendations (http://validator.w3.org/) and other standards.

What can be done about this?

I don't think you can do anything about it except for getting yourself a domain and build up your own blog.
