I was going to blog about this aswell but i wont go that far. I knew i had a very good domain about to expire so i went into domainsite (i only have 1 domain with them) to extend the payment on it and it said i had no domains in m account

I checked whois and it showed it was still registered to them but not my details there :eek:

I emailed them as i know theres only a few days before it expires and they said 'it jumped out of your account' whats your username (even though i had told them the username in the original email)

Watch out, or your very nice domains may just 'jump out of your account' :rolleyes:

domainsite = domainsite.com

I have been using them since couple of years and never face any problem yet. May be the your domain expired, thats why? Keep us posted on what outcome you get.

just got an email saying they sent my domain to their 'sister site' name.com and i had to create an account there to access it then tell them the account and they will send it over

I said i wasnt warned of this (and they agreed) and if they are a sister site then they can setup the account for me

Waiting on a response

I have been with them for about 4 years and they have always been good.

I have never had any trouble with DomainSite either. Perhaps you originally used name.com?

Perhaps their systems just got mixed up. You still have your domain, right? That's good support if you still have it :)
