Someone made a copy of my Domain

I just found that somebody copied my web page and registered a .net version of it... they have a gambling banner on there and are obviously trying to cash in on the name recognition of my site.

The kicker is on the WHO IS it also shows my address and company as the registrant!!!

My question is what steps should I follow to get this page removed.... Google now recognizes this domain and it is not long before I start getting penalized for duplicate content!

I had a friend with similar problem
basically he contacted the hosting company.
showed proof of original content
and the site was suspended untill the guy
changed the content.

Claim DCMA infringement and:
- contact the host
- contact the revenue sources
- contact the registrar (hopefully its GoDaddy)
- contact Google (they may remove it from the index)

If the contact info is yours then I'd be tempted to try & gain access to the account.

Thanks guys... I already have an email out to them and will give them a call on Tuesday when they are open again... I hope these guys can stop this!
