It would probably last a day if someone tried to use it. Just because a name is available, it doesn't mean you can use it. Those domains would be trademark infringements and get you a lawsuit if you tried to use them.

Hmm most likely a very very bad Idea to try that one. I can understand your temptation, but the chance you are going to be sued is not worth the chance.

The domain is already registered by Google till 2012 and there's no chance of registering it for at least another 7 years ;)
