A great PHP ad tracking script

Here is a PHP ad script Ive been looking at:

They have a demo on their site. I want something like this for my site, only this script only supports pay-per-impression advertising. I want the customer to have the ability to pay by impressions, clicks, timeframe, etc.

The feature I do like, which I also would NEED, is the ability for the customer to automatically start their own campaign and view live stats for their campaigns.

Does anyone know of a decent ad manager/tracking script similar to this that I should take a look at?

Thank you for your suggestion. I was taking a look at it yesterday, but I actually would prefer something not so robust.

You can search for more here (http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Ad_Management/index.html) but you can't get better than openads I tell you. Even digg uses it.
