I Am Using Freewebs.com To Publish My Websites On And I Am Designing Them On Microsoft Frontpage In Html I Was Woundering: When You Go On To A Site And Right Click The Page And Go To Properties And Then Certificates, How Do You Edit That?

You can't... you would need to buy a SSL certificate from an issuing authority (they aren't cheap either), then host it with a web hosting company that supports SSL.
