Google Count Indirect Links?

Will Google count links like:

http://log.domain.com/log?srvc=otv&guid=62274F7A-B54B-4F24-920B-9E4107B548EC&drop=0&addata=0:64873:282233:64873&a=1&goto=http://www.mysite.com
and
http://www.domain.com/Global/Ads/adredir.asp?ciid=547&url=http://www.mysite.com
?

I can't find anyone that seems to know a definite answer.

I don't think that they count, but hey, you will still receive a direct traffic from them.
