Not me, I just use dnsmadeeasy.com. It's cheap for you and free for them (oh sorry, that's 1800collect)

I have run many in the past for business and personal use, however my current ISP has a great control panel where I can control A records, CNAMES and MX records so I haven't seen a need for my own DNS server in a while, tho I did enjoy it.

I'm managing DNS Server myself
Yeah I have a couple, one in the U.S using Bind and one in the UK using Microsoft DNS Server.

I used to, but now I'm down to just a laptop, and I don't want my domains going down when I leave for the coffee shop...
