We're considering moving to to XLST formats instead of HTML.

Has anyone had any experience with using XLST, such as this page - http://killboard.goonfleet.com/ -- instead of using HTML as output?

It's much more efficient, but I'm not how the spiders handle the text?

Thoughts? Opinions? Experiences using XLST?

Much appreciated, thanks!

The spiders and bots won't understand XSL transformations. You could put the XSLT engine server-side and send pure html down to the client if you're worried about Google.

people who are on safari and various other browsers wont be able to use the website.
