I've heard good things about this community (Shoemoney mentions it a lot on his Podcast) so I decided to check it out.

My initial motivation for signing up was to see why my website never made it into DMOZ.

I'm also hoping to learn more about SEO and improving Adsense Earnings.

That's an interesting motivation and I'm really curious if your sites will get accepted in DMOZ after the info's read here. I have a couple sites in DMOZ and many many many others that never got there, and in time i got to think that it's all about luck in there... :)
