Since being suspended (read other threads) ive reapplied for another account but google haven't replied as of yet.
Am i wasting my time or has anybody else here been able to have another account from a previously suspended website??????

Probably a waste of time, but you never know.

If I were in charge of their service, and banned people as actively as they do, I'd find it a nightmare to go through each person's story about how they shouldn't be banned. Their reapplication would likely be denied if it came just following a banning. I'd wait a few months before trying to reapply. I was actually denied at first, but after a month or two they had accepted me.

If you want it bad enough, just keep trying.
The only way you'll fail is if you stop trying.

If it's just your website that has been suspended from displaying ads and appearing on Google index, you do not really need to re- apply for another account at all as what you need is to see first the problem why the website was suspended from displaying ads and appearing in their index and then after you fix it, you can try and re- apply to get indexed again.
But if what you talking about is getting another account after getting banned for your mistakes, YES! I heard once that you can try and apply for another account but with a different name and address from the previous and possibly using a different IP address too as Google will detect it if it is the same person based on IP alone.
