The navigation was a bit confusing to me. I'd make it a bit more user friendly if you want people to stick around on it and rate photos.

I assume the way you will be earning revenue will be adsense. However when you click links from your Top Lists tnone of those pages have Adsense on them. You should have adsense on every page to maximize the possibility of making $.

The logo design needs work.. it's hard to read and doesn't look too appealing. I'm not a huge fan of the layout design as it's quite plain and the content doesn't blend in well with it..

why is your rating panel on the left? move it to under or above the pictures

nice, maybe you should consider merge your service with dating forum, and upload all data from the forum

your idea is going to go far ;) i can already see it may be you should sell the idea to other established sites or start one on your own and do a merger to this script!

Didn't really get it at first. There are a fair few sites around that deal with similar themes. Nothing special on your site to drive me to bookmark:o
