Does the overally feel seem good to you? anything I should improve on?

EDIT: your theme looks good but i think you must make a logo and a better header for your site

I like how clean it is. Are you going to put ads in the top blank areas, seem like they would be prime areas for some nice text ads.

I've seen that theme before. I think it's by TerraFirma. I like it alot, you just need to customize it some with a logo/header.:)

its better if you have more photos on the website, it has too much text.
