your theme looks good but have two suggest .
* grey looks the main colour of site but your header is yellow. grey and yellow does not look good together.
* on left menu link colours are green and your site is grey based . grey an green does not look good.
my suggest is changing these two colours to a greay based colour

The header design is pretty nice.
See where your home tab is? There's no gradient on it so it looks "off" add a slight gradient (it can be the inverse direction of your current gradient so it looks like the button is "pushed" downwards).

The headers colors don't seem to go well together. I'd try a different color scheme on that. Other than that everything else looks okay to me.
