Its hard to tell without the seeing the link but Adsense T&C says that you cannot put Adsense under 'sponsors Links' etc.

Ofcourse you can.
You can easily put adsense under "Sponsored Links" - 100% correct

In my opinion it's against google TOS to put links under the label "Importnt Links"

I am pretty sure about that almost 99%.

WHAT? Where does it say that? That's one of the SUGGESTED titles. Please do not post incorrect information.

SORRY, MY BAD

May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labelled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favourite Sites"

So Sponsored Links is OK

Sure, see the above post, Hopper took that directly from the Policies here:

Take a look under Encouraging clicks

Looking at the difference between 'Sponsored Links' and 'Favorite Sites' my own take on this is that Google allow Sponsored Links because it is a general title.

Favorite Sites implies that you some how have evaluated the sites and that you are giving them your seal of approval which you clearly cannot do with auto generated ads.

IMHO a heading of Important Links may be seen by Google as also implying that you have somehow approved each and every single ad.

But that is only my take on the matter.

if the label is not above the adsense ads , it's allowed but. think this;

important links label
some links
some links
some links
some links
some links
adsense ads

the example above is allowed but

important links label
adsense ads
some links
some links
some links
some links
some links

is not allowed

I would say no, because I think that'll break the rules.

I normally ask forgiveness, not permission...with Adsense, you're absolutely right, it's the other way around!

That's what I assume it would be. With blending it would be easy to mistake the Adsense ads for "Important Links" if there is no break between the two. This is something a LOT of people make mistakes with.
