Sorry, it's not exactly what I am looking for, I dont like all the grey/looks a bit dull/not eyecatching enough, the .biz is too small and the lightening bolt looks out of place.

Yes, that is what I meant by out of place, it just seems to be floating around and not actually part of the logo.

Scarlet Edition: I like that, but it's not really my style.

Technoguy: I dont like either, niether of them have the professional clean web 2.0 look I am looking for.

Simplyg123: The only thing I like is the reflection, I dont like the mismatch of fonts and colours.

Mitcharr: I like it but its a bit basic.

If the text was a bit more bolder/defined and the lightening looked more like a Z it would be better.

But is the style appealing to your audience? Main priority is how your viewers see your style of site, over your own view and trust me on this, I have learnt for myself! If you require something cleaner, consider the following preview, although if you do want something totally formal, just say. :)
