Google rankings-the pendulum swing

HI,
My site's rankings for a few keywords is showing a wild swing of upto 9000 ranks from 1 to 9988 and back to 1 almost every other day, why is this happening, also on the day the rank goes down you can not find the site on google by searching for the site name. I am worried,can somebody help please.
