Only one ad shows?

Can somebody tell me how to solve the following problem?
I want an image ad above and below my flash game but only one shows (above).
When i put a border around the one below you can see it is actually there but without content.

Anybody ideas?

There's no content. Since it has no content, it can't find relevant ads. As such, it picks a PSA for the first ad and then draws the rest blank.

use some keywords in your page..

ok putted some content and some keywords on , still doesn' t appear, gues it takes a few hours?
