I'm not a Froogle expert but did use it for about 6 months.
One thing, I have no idea if it works in India, so my info might be useless to you.
Froogle is pretty easy to maintain. You create your own "store" by uploading an excel speadsheet of your products. The spreadhseet is laid out in a set format, including images, pricing, descriptions etc etc
You have to update it at least once per month to keep your store active.
I did it for our website, and we also had an ebay store froogled, and a BluJay classified store though it, so had decent exposure with lots of products on the first few pages,
But my experience has not been great - very few visitors from it at all, and only a couple of small sales.
i'm not sure if my experience is typical at all, but very recently I haven't kept up with the feed for our website because it just wasn't getting anywhere. I should do it I guess, it doesn't take long to update once a month.

Why don't you want a guide?
It's not a difficult program to comprehend. Just read some of the previous posts on this forum.

Please Note: I believe that froogle can only be used for products that you sell. It can not be used to list services such as web hosting or software development.

I use Frooge UK since it first started and now we show up on 90% of our search words. Its well worth the time to set up or script a Froogle feed.
