I'm not understand how sitemap work yet
Must I 've RSS or XML ?.How can I create them

The easiest is to creat a file with a link to all you site pages on it. This file can be linked from all pages on your site.

Must it XML ?
It's say Example: http://www.google.com/sitemap.xml
