verifying etf problem

Hi people i have a verifying etf problem...

they have deposited 5p into my account so i can verify the account.

When i enter 0.05p it says its wrong ?? What am i doing :confused: ?? I only have 2 more attempts then the accounts not excepted. arghhhhhh...

Email them and ask that in which format you have to enter the amount and also state that you have received x amount in your bank account.
